About Zion Lutheran Bretheran Church
Greetings from the Graber family!
My wife Susie and I, as well as our four children were called by the Lord to serve Zion LB Church and the community of Cooperstown in 2016. As a result we packed up and moved from our home in S.W. Washington state and headed to North Dakota. We were received with the warm hospitality expected from a close-knit family of believers and have since fallen in love with the area and the people of Griggs County.
The epistle of 1 John chapter 4 verse 19 tells us: "We love because He first loved us." It is our desire to be the conduit through which Christ flows His love into the hearts and lives of the people around us. This act can be manifested in many ways: Declaring the truth of the Word of God; praying for those in need; being open to meaningful conversations with genuine people facing real life circumstances; or perhaps simply being a listening ear to those that need to express their thoughts and emotions.
We would love to invite you to be a part of our church family at Zion. Here you will meet real people, facing real difficulties, with real grace and real mercy from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Though we all live in a broken world, we cling to the hope given us in Romans 6:23 which says, "For the wages of sin is death BUT the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Come now and let us worship together the Savior who gave up all He had in order that we could have all we need.
